After successfully leading the organisation through a time of change and a rebrand, our Creative Director is moving on.
We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Interim Chief Executive Officer to guide Everyday through this exciting period of transition.
Alongside overseeing the operational management of Everyday and leading the organisation’s small team of four, the Interim Executive Director’s primary role will be to drive forward organisational development and fundraising activity in order to deliver on the organisation’s strategic vision and support the organisation to thrive. Although a short-term role, it is an opportunity to make a big impact and create lasting change within one of Wigan’s key participatory arts organisations.
About the Role
Working pattern: Flexible, 3.5 days (26.25 hrs) per week
Contract terms: Temporary, 6 months with the potential to extendÂ
Start date: April 2024, or ASAPÂ
Salary: £35k-40k pro-rata
Location: Office based within The Old Courts, Wigan, some home working permittedÂ
Reports to: BoardÂ
Benefits: NEST pension scheme, 28 days holiday(pro-rata) plus bank holidaysÂ
Notice period: 6 weeksÂ
